· Conducting quality audits and maintaining various quality reports related to Call .

· Need to do Quality Checks of Call.

· Feedback delivery for Monitored calls.

· Conducting Quality Sessions for Training/ OJT Batches.

· Required to compile audit results of the team in excel.

· Fortnight calibration with floor supervisors/ managers.

Skills Required :-

· Should be familiar with Audit sheet (Critical & Non Critical Parameters).

· Must be able to take initiatives basis the Quality audits and other data points.

· Strong analytical Skills.

· Good Communication skills.

· Ability to lead associates and drive Quality culture on the floor.

· Someone from Complaint specialist team is preferred.

· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)

· Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.

· Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.

· Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.

· Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

· Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

· Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
